Mosasaurus ("lizard of the Meuse River") is an extinct group of aquatic reptiles. It lived from about 82 to 66 million years ago and went extinct in the same mass extinction event that wiped out the dinosaurs. Mosasaurus teeth are fairly common, and are often found during phosphate mining operations.
This real mosasaurus tooth is topped with a tiny electroformed spinosaurus, ready to attack! The full size of the pendant measures 2 inches long and comes on a 24-inch copper chain. If you would prefer a different length of chain or leather cord, please include a note at checkout.
