This roe deer skull has been adorned with a variety of vintage-style moth illustrations, perfect for any naturalist or entomology lover. The largest is a deaths head hawkmoth!
The roe deer, also known as a roebuck, is native to the UK and smaller than our average American whitetail. This skull was salvaged from a group of antique skulls and antlers imported from the UK.
The total length of the skull is 12 inches, from its nose to the tip of its antlers. It can sit perfectly well on its own, but a chain or ribbon may also be added through the back orbitals to allow for wall hanging.
It has been sealed with a protective clear coat, but is not suitable for outdoor display.
