Opal Pumpkin

Pumpkins are one of the more resilient fruits, finding ways to grow large and bulging amongst sparse soil, sharing nutrients along a connected vine that reaches into the ground to replenish itself. It is perhaps for this reason that pumpkins have become symbols of prosperity, growth and abundance. The carved Halloween pumpkin celebrates the memory of lost souls.

This pumpkin glows with the bright green and red flash of an orange cantera opal, flickering like a candle as the light catches the stone.
